Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges

Exchanges are available on a case-by-case basis, because not all products are eligible for exchange. We can only offer exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date for domestic (United States) orders, or within 60 days of the purchase date for international orders.

We require that you contact us with your exchange request before you send your product back to us. 

When you contact us, please be sure to include in your message:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The product that you wish to send back for exchange.
  3. The product that you wish to receive in return for your exchange (include sizes/options).
  4. The reason for exchange.

Your product must be in new and resale condition for it to qualify for exchange. This means:

  • Jewelry must be in its original box and original condition, with its Card of Authenticity (if applicable);
  • Apparel must be unwashed and unworn;
  • Anything that is sealed shut or wrapped in cellophane (such as playing cards or calendars) must still be sealed shut and the cellophane wrapping intact.

Discontinued items are not available for exchange, unless you are exchanging a discontinued t-shirt for another size of the same t-shirt, if it is available. Availability is not guaranteed.

Please allow 5-10 business days after our receipt of your returning product for us to process an exchange.

 

Returns

We can only offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date for domestic (United States) orders, or within 60 days of the purchase date for international orders.

We require that you contact us for return authorization before you send your product back to us. 

All returns must be in new, unused, resale condition. This means:

  • Jewelry must be in its original box and original condition, with its Card of Authenticity (if applicable);
  • Apparel must be unwashed and unworn;
  • Anything that is sealed shut or wrapped in cellophane (such as playing cards or calendars) must still be sealed shut and the cellophane wrapping intact.

Please note that:

  • Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Discontinued items are not eligible for return.
  • Digital media (such as audio books, digital downloads, and game codes) are not eligible for return or refunds.
  • Gift cards are only eligible for return if they are unused, and refunds for gift cards will be sent to the customer who purchased the card.
  • Food products are not eligible for return or refunds.

If you are unsure if your item is eligible for return, please contact us. We will be glad to help assess the item's eligibility.

Please allow 5-10 business days after our receipt of your returning product for your return to be processed and for a refund for the purchase value of the returned item to be issued to you.
