Tak: A Beautiful Game is a 2-player abstract strategy game invented by James Ernest of Cheapass Games and Patrick Rothfuss. It was introduced in Pat's book The Wise Man's Fear.
In the world of Temerant, Tak is often played with stone pieces. These beauties are hand made by our talented friends at Tiff Hudson Studios. They feel amazing and look it too. Capstones are dipped in glaze to be set apart from the others. There are enough pieces for a 6x6 game of Tak (60 pieces and two capstones).
Pieces come in a drawstring linen bag, but does not include rules or a board. Download or print rules here.
Find more Tak boards and accessories here! You can find more officially licensed merchandise in our Kingkiller Chronicles collection.
All proceeds go to Worldbuilders, a geek-centered nonprofit supporting humanitarian efforts worldwide.
